These Terms of Service govern your use of this marketing website at hospice-helper.com, operated by Hospice Helper LLC (“Hospice Helper,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. Use of the authenticated Hospice Helper application at app.hospice-helper.com is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and Business Associate Agreement; this page covers the marketing website only.

The content on this site is provided for general informational purposes. It is not clinical, legal, regulatory, or compliance advice, and it does not create a professional or advisory relationship. Hospice agencies remain solely responsible for their own regulatory submissions, audits, surveys, and accreditation activities. Intellectual property

The text, graphics, logos, and design of this site are owned by Hospice Helper or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Submitting a contact request does not create any contract or obligation on either party, and does not guarantee that a demonstration, pilot, or engagement will follow. Any commercial relationship is established only through a separately signed agreement.

Application access

Access to the Hospice Helper application is provisioned by Hospice Helper for customer agencies under a signed Master Services Agreement and Business Associate Agreement. This marketing site does not provide access to the application or to any patient data.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Governing law
