Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Hospice Helper LLC
(“Hospice Helper,” “we,” “us”)
handles information collected through this marketing website at
hospice-helper.com. It does not govern
the authenticated Hospice Helper application at
app.hospice-helper.com, where protected health
information (PHI) is processed under a separate Business Associate
Agreement (BAA) and Master Services Agreement (MSA) with each customer
agency. Those agreements, not this policy, control how PHI is
collected, used, and safeguarded.
This site does not handle PHI
No protected health information is collected, requested, or processed on this marketing website. Please do not include patient information in the demo-request form or in any email to us. If you need to discuss patient data, we will do so through the application and its BAA-governed channels.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit the demo-request form, we receive the contact and context details you enter — your name, work email address, agency name, the EHR you use, your approximate census size, and any free-text message. We use this information solely to respond to your request and to prepare for a relevant conversation.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery provider records standard technical log data — such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — for security, abuse prevention, and reliability. We do not use this data to build advertising or marketing profiles.
Abuse prevention
The demo-request form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving alternative to CAPTCHA that helps us block automated abuse. To perform this check, Turnstile receives limited technical signals from your browser. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. Your use of the form is subject to Cloudflare’s privacy practices.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of vendors to operate this site, each acting on our behalf: a hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare), and an email-delivery provider used to route your demo request to our inbox (Amazon Simple Email Service). These providers process only the information needed to perform their function. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertising networks.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses no tracking cookies, no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, and no advertising-network identifiers. If we add a cookieless, privacy-respecting analytics tool in the future, we will name it in this policy before or when it goes live.
How long we keep information
We retain demo-request submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to maintain a record of our correspondence, and then for a reasonable period consistent with ordinary business practice. You may ask us to delete your submission at any time.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the contact information you submitted through this site by emailing us at the address below. Because this site does not process PHI, these requests concern only the business-contact details you provided here.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves. When we do, we will revise the “Last reviewed” date above. Material changes will be reflected in the text on this page.
